USING THE FB 1137 GEARMOTOR

The Mellor 4.75 rpm gearmotors Code FB1137 proposed by Xodostore – Shaft ø 8.5 mm – 38 mm lamellar pack and installed on pellet appliances have the task of rotating the auger in the pellet tank transporting it to the crucible to be burned, or the increasingly used automatic brazier cleaning systems present on many biomass stoves and boilers. The auger is positioned in such a way as to pick up the pellets from the bottom of the tank and then transport them to the top of the stove Once at the top of the auger, the pellets naturally fall into a chute that will accompany them inside the burner.

MAIN FEATURES OF MELLOR GEARED MOTORS:

-Nominal torque: from 2.5 up to 35Nm, depending on the reduction

ratio-Available speed: from 0.3 to 11rpm-Typical

applications: all those that require bidirectional rotations with low and precise speed, high torque and very

low noise.

Designed for pellet stove, boiler and fireplace boiler applications
