Scraper with smooth blade to be used to remove dense or dry residue deposited on the griddle, even during cooking.
The blade is interchangeable and can be used on both sides. The sharper side faces inside the scraper for safety, and to reverse the position, simply loosen the screws and resecure them after turning the blade.
