To choose the replacement of your glow plug it will be sufficient: measure the length

and the power which is measured in Watts

Clean the seat of your stove well before inserting the new glow plug
There is a lot of tolerance in the length of the glow plugs, a few millimeters of difference between the old and the new does not create any problems.
