DIRECT WOOD COOKING OVENS will no longer have a smoke valve on the flue but, as is already the case for gas models, the smoke outlet will be automatically regulated by a deflector inside the chamber which therefore makes the valve itself no longer necessary.
DESCRIPTION
Gold has been designed to achieve very high levels of cooking and performance superior to all other ovens.
- Air Plus System patent: for homogeneous cooking on both sides of the pizza
- Enhanced by a sheet of scamotek positioned under the refractory surface.
- Internal rock wool insulation for less heat loss
- Stainless steel cooking chamber for lower wood consumption and higher temperatures
- Laser thermometer included for total temperature control throughout the oven.
- Support feet to facilitate its holding and movement.
