Piccolo Gioiello is the smallest oven in the range of indirect cooking wood-fired ovens, very easy to use with a two-tier cooking chamber (45×50), it is characterized by an essential design that makes it ideal even for less spacious environments.

DESCRIPTION

– 2 HOBS: 2-tier cooking chamber in 430 stainless steel. The oven is equipped with a grill, while the base on which you can cook the pizza directly is made of refractory stone. The hobs are integrated with 2 halogen lamps that illuminate the food perfectly. – WEATHER RESISTANCE: The Piccolo Gioiello wood-fired oven is made with special materials that can withstand all weather conditions, from rain to snow. – MOULDED FIRE GRATE: The fire grate is moulded with curves and slits that allow optimal combustion. – LOW CONSUMPTION: The extremely short heating times (40 minutes) and the low consumption of wood (4 kg) make it an ideal and fun product for all cooking enthusiasts, both experts and beginners. The upper door in painted sheet metal is made of tempered glass with a gasket to prevent heat from escaping. – THERMAL FLYWHEEL AND INSULATION: The oven has a thermal flywheel consisting of a double plate and 6 cm thick refractory bricks.
