HOW HOT DOES IT GET?
The pizza stone of the ETNA Fermo ovens heats up very quickly – within 15 minutes – and conducts the heat to 500 °C! By placing the pizza on the stone for baking, you will get a perfectly crispy crust without the topping overcooking; The latter is the sad result if the pizza stone is not hot enough.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REHEAT?
Witt ETNA pizza ovens heat the pizza stone up to 500°C in just 15 minutes.
By putting a pizza in a traditional oven, the temperature of the pizza stone drops significantly. This means that the oven has to heat the pizza stone again.
The U-shaped burner offers perfectly even heat distribution and much faster cooking, keeping your prep skills to the limit.
Even though ETNA pizza ovens are extremely hot on the outside, we have reduced the radiant heat of the casing. Just like a volcano! As an added benefit, it also reduces energy consumption
