Fiamma 80, with elegant cast iron doors, has an 80×45 cm size with the possibility of cooking on three levels at the same time thanks to the new CLEVER ventilation system. The interior lighting allows you to conveniently monitor the cooking steps.

CLEVER
CLEVER is a totally renewed ventilation system that allows you to reach 250° in 25 minutes (*) with the use of only 1.5 kg of wood, responding positively to the needs of energy saving and efficiency.
The fan, positioned in the rear wall of the oven, allows you to suck out the vapours produced by food, eliminating any type of moisture from the cooking chamber. At the same time, the heat that comes directly from the combustion chamber to the base of the cooking chamber makes a mandatory rotating path thanks to the force exerted by the fan.
This pushes the heat from the back of the oven to the front, which vents at this point from small holes positioned at the front: this not only allows perfectly homogeneous cooking but avoids the sudden escape of heat when the oven is opened, creating an air barrier.
