  • Wood-burning oven in modular refractory
  • Double-walled construction, no insulation or cladding required
  • Cooking surface suitable for contact with food in compliance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004
  • Stainless steel oven door with practical thermometer and anti-scald handle as standard
  • Smoke register valve
