The ovens of the “Home Line”, designed to meet the needs of small and large families, are produced using natural refractory materials. The hob consists of 4 or 6 plates in refractory material with high thermal accumulation; The dome consists of 2 or more interlocking elements that form the cooking chamber. The shape of the dome ensures that the food cooks in a homogeneous and enveloping flame, enriching itself with the aromas and flavors of wood-fired cooking. They are available in 4 models, ø80 cm, ø100, ø110 or with a 110×140 elliptical base and are supplied complete with a sheet metal door with temperature indicator. The wide-mouth version of these models, particularly popular in Liguria for the preparation of farinata, allows the introduction of large trays. The kit for the insulation, the front arch and the flue connection are sold separately.
