The ovens of the “Home Line”, designed to meet the needs of small and large families, are produced using natural refractory materials. The hob consists of 4 or 6 plates in refractory material with high thermal accumulation; The dome consists of 2 or more interlocking elements that form the cooking chamber. The shape of the dome ensures that the food cooks in a homogeneous and enveloping flame, enriching itself with the aromas and flavors of wood-fired cooking. They are available in 4 models, ø80 cm, ø100, ø110 or with a 110×140 elliptical base and are supplied complete with a sheet metal door with temperature indicator. The wide-mouth version of these models, particularly popular in Liguria for the preparation of farinata, allows the introduction of large trays.
