The ideal professional oven for medium and large pizzerias, improved in geometry and ability to retain heat even when subjected to intense use. The capacity is 8/9 pizzas, the FP121 professional oven is available for use with wood or with predisposition for a gas burner.

The FP121 pizza oven offers an improved internal geometry that facilitates the accumulation and uniform distribution of heat, with construction materials that offer greater resistance over time even when subjected to intense professional use.
The hob and oven dome need different characteristics; for this reason, the FP121 pizza oven is made with mixtures of different refractory materials for the two components of the oven. The features that distinguish the FP121 pizza oven are: – oven dome in high quality refractory material with alumina content of over 40%, a feature that makes them excellent and long-lasting both in traditional use with wood and in combined use with a gas burner: this material is not afraid of direct exposure of the gas flame typically concentrated on a small surface. – Cooking surface with increased thickness, built with the highest quality refractory, characterized by a bright white color thanks to the alumina content of over 50%. The high thickness of the hob is able to retain heat more efficiently and ensure a constant and homogeneous temperature of the hob in all conditions of use.
