Suitable for applications where low speed and high torque are required, the Kenta K9177294 gearmotor is specifically designed to be used as a rotor to power pellet stoves. 917 series, nominal torque 29Nm, absorption 40Watt, speed 4rpm, clockwise rotation, shaft diameter 8.5mm, 40mm reed valve pack, power supply 220 V AC – 50/60Hz.
MAIN FEATURES OF KENTA GEARED MOTORS
The gearbox box is made of die-cast zamak and incorporates fixings
for the application. The kinematic chain of the gears consists of: helical tooth crankshaft, gears made of special thermoplastic materials and gears made of sintered steel. This system guarantees high reliability by allowing K911 gearmotors the possibility of applications in cold (e.g. chillers) and hot (e.g. ovens) environments. The gearbox housing has 2 through fixing holes and 5 fixing holes with a maximum penetration of 4 mm. The K911 AC gearmotors use two-pole single-phase asynchronous motors with short-circuit turns and
pre-set direction of rotation. The dimensions of the engines are fixed in terms of width and height (61 x 61
mm) while the thickness of the engine pack is available in 4 sizes: 16 – 20 – 30 – 40 mm. The winding of the coils is made by means of an automatic system equipped with wire-stabilized
tension control. The electrical connections are made by means of 6.3 x 0.8 fastons applied with a solderless insulation displacement system (UL approved Amtronics system) which prevents false contacts. Available voltages and frequencies: from 24 to 240 V and 50/60 Hz.
The K911 DC geared motors use brushed DC motors with permanent magnet
for 12 and 24 V power supply. These motors allow for dual rotation
