Vincenzo is a practical countertop wood-fired oven. Made of stainless steel and refractory, it has a particular vaulted shape, which, together with the thick rock wool insulation, allows the ideal temperature to be reached in just 30 minutes and with minimal wood consumption to cook bread and pizzas.
