In fact, in this wood-fired oven the cooking chamber and the combustion chamber are separated, this allows greater temperature control and the possibility of cooking away from the flame. The cooking chamber still reaches high temperatures because it is completely enveloped in combustion fumes, as well as receiving heat from the base. In this way it can reach up to 300 °C in about 40 minutes with 4 kg of wood. The even heat distribution will guarantee you excellent cooking results.
