A unique barbecue: made of electro-galvanized steel painted anthracite and stainless steel, Pizza&Cucina is equipped with an oven, a special accessory that makes this product versatile and suitable for the most diverse cooking methods.
It has a 45×110 cm cooking surface, a trolley equipped with wheels and has been designed to neatly contain all the accessories supplied. Pizza&Cucina is equipped with a device to adjust the intensity of the flame and a practical ash recovery and discharge system.

Configuration
OVEN
By placing the brazier as a container for wood and the refractory plate inside the hearth, we configure our oven for traditional pizza and bread cooking. The fire is lit and fed using the side container brazier. This revolutionary oven allows you to get the temperature you need for pizza in just 10 minutes.
BARBECUE
By placing the charcoal in the large steel ember surface, positioning the sturdy cast iron grids with high thermal efficiency and lowering the lid, we are able to create the ideal environment for indirect cooking of any dish, especially thick foods that need slower and more penetrating cooking. In the barbecue configuration, the fuel used is charcoal which is placed on the large brazier plate and started using the practical steel container to be filled with ethanol or fire-gel.
SMOKER
The art of smoking a fish or a slice of meat to perfection lies in the personal recipe of aromas and woods for the smoker, but also in the choice of the right tool. In this configuration, the fire must be started in a small amount inside the main brazier and the charcoal plate in this case must be used as a container for the aromas and perfumes used. The lid must be kept closed as well as the inlet mouth with its supplied door.
PLANCHA
Real cooking on cast iron plancha, now also possible on a wood-burning hearth. The most delicate dishes, fish and shellfish find their ideal cooking support. The wood must be placed inside the main brazier, and the plancha must be placed on the top edge of the barbecue. The lid remains open and the supplied flue must be housed on the special smoke outlet hole.
WOK
Also included in the accessories is a wok pot for cooking oriental dishes and delicate sautéed vegetables and fish. The configuration includes the plancha positioned on the top edge of the barbecue, the combustion to be carried out inside the main brazier and the insertion of the wok pan by removing the cast iron disc in the center of the plancha.
GRILL
Using the same configuration as for the barbecue and starting the charcoal in the same way using the fire-gel container, in just 20 minutes we can obtain a vigorous ember. Leave the oven lid open to obtain the most classic of grilled grills.
