Every season is good to use it because it is double-sided, so you bake and bake indifferently from the kitchen side or the garden side, depending on the weather or how you like!

QUATTROSTAGIONI is a double-sided oven that is recessed into the perimeter wall that divides the kitchen from the veranda or garden and can be used in any season. It uses the fronts of the ECO and STEEL built-in models, i.e.: both ECO fronts or an ECO and a STEEL front to best match it with the environments where it is installed. You can load wood
from the outside so as not to dirty and cook from the inside. You can prepare food and bake it from the inside and then take it out of the oven and serve it from the outside.

Ho acquistato questo forno a legna e devo dire che ne sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. La sua versatilità è ciò che mi ha colpito di più, essendo bifacciale mi permette di cuocere da entrambi i lati con la stessa facilità. La cottura è uniforme e i cibi escono sempre perfetti. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un forno pratico e di alta qualità.
