Domus wood-fired ovens: tradition changes its skin, fire has a new home.

Welcome to DOMUS, the first wood-fired oven without a chimney. The decision to create this type of oven stems from the desire to give new shapes to our historic products. The upper flue has been replaced by an innovative rear vent system, which not only improves the functionality of the oven, but gives a cleaner, more minimal and modern design. Where does the smoke go? The smoke is conveyed through a cavity positioned between the cooking chamber and the outer cover, ensuring uniform and optimized heat distribution. The system is designed to retain heat for longer, have high thermal efficiency and reduce wood consumption (offering significant savings with each use). Cooling takes place slowly, allowing residual temperatures to be used to cook different dishes with reduced energy consumption.
