The accessories that make the difference: the FR1600 oven has a register, an element on which it is possible to easily insert the pipe that will connect it to the flue. The sheet metal door and the pipe connection complete the elements supplied with this model. In addition, options such as the thermometer with 5 cm stem, the thermometer with 1.5 m probe and the insulation kit are available.

Edilmark produces ovens entirely composed of high refractory top quality material; If properly insulated, they are also able to maintain high temperatures for up to 12/15 hours after use. They can be installed outdoors (providing a suitable cover) or indoors. It is necessary to adequately insulate them both under the fire surface and above the dome, to keep the hob and the vault at temperature.
