Edilmark produces ovens entirely composed of high refractory top quality material; If properly insulated, they are also able to maintain high temperatures for up to 12/15 hours after use. They can be installed outdoors (providing a suitable cover) or indoors. It is necessary to adequately insulate them both under the fire surface and above the dome, to keep the hob and the vault at temperature.
