The FR95 model is composed entirely of highly refractory top quality material: the safety in the combustion process and the ability to maintain temperatures make this oven ideal for cooking an excellent pizza at home!

Edilmark produces ovens entirely composed of high refractory top quality material; If properly insulated, they are also able to maintain high temperatures for up to 12/15 hours after use. They can be installed outdoors (providing a suitable cover) or indoors. It is necessary to adequately insulate them both under the fire surface and above the dome, to keep the hob and the vault at temperature.
