To allow you to bake a pizza at home as good as the one in your favorite restaurant, Alfa researchers have developed the innovative Heat Genius™ technology thanks to which the topping cooks at one temperature and the dough at another, with the result that each pizza is always fragrant and well cooked. This is because the heat is slowly released from the refractory stone and radiated evenly through the curved walls of the furnace. In this way, the toppings are able to cook faster, also releasing some of their moisture, and the dough becomes crispy without burning, thus achieving the perfect balance. Despite being extremely compact and easily transportable, the Portable pizza oven also contains Alfa Heat Genius™ technology , thus allowing you to bake a real Neapolitan pizza, practically anywhere and with reduced consumption. 1 HeatKeeper Fire Brick™

Manufactured in Alfa’s factory in Italy, the Heat KeeperTM brick absorbs and stores heat much better than lava stone or ceramic used in other pizza ovens.

Thanks to the HeatKeeper™ refractory brick, the floor of the Portable pizza oven also cooks your pizzas quickly, making them crispy and soft at the right point.

2 DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® Insulation

This ceramic fiber offers twice the heat resistance of rock wool typically used in home pizza ovens.

The DoubleDown Ceramic Superwool® guarantees the Portable oven an excellent temperature retention during cooking, prevents the side surfaces from not getting too hot and allows you to churn out pizzas that are always well cooked with only 0.50 kg of fuel per hour.

3 Patented Full Effect Full Circulation Flue System®

This system optimizes the circulation of hot air inside the cooking chamber so as to heat the refractory brick even more and cook pizza better even in a compact gas pizza oven such as Portable.

The heat pushed “around and down” ensures that the oven always maintains the right temperature to be able to cook both the base and the pizza toppings in an optimal way.

How long does it take to assemble the Portable oven?

With its small size, Portable can be assembled quickly: just screw the 4 feet, insert the chimney and the chimney and let the party begin!
