The Low & Slow Kit designed by Alfa is ideal for baking and more generally for all those recipes that require long cooking at low temperatures.

The kit includes:

• The convenient removable door equipped with a large glass-ceramic window to always have the dishes inside the oven under control;
• The insert with butterfly valve to be positioned at the base of the flue, useful for managing the temperature more precisely.

The Low & Slow Kit is the first baking kit designed specifically for all those recipes that require slow cooking at low and constant temperatures, such as bread or rib eye.

Thanks to the removable stainless steel door with a large glass ceramic window , you can check the cooking progress of food without having to constantly open the oven door.

This increases the visibility of the dishes being cooked and reduces heat loss.

The butterfly valve allows you to modularly and precisely adjust the temperature necessary for the perfect success of the different recipes.

In addition to offering impeccable cooking performance, the Low & Slow Kit allows you to reduce consumption by increasing the energy efficiency of the oven.

The Kit is designed to be installed quickly and easily on all Alfa domestic ovens, except for the small Portable.

Simply place the insert with the throttle valve between the oven and the flue making sure to use heat-resistant gloves when handling the valve while using the oven.
