The Outdoorchef universal planche is perfectly suited to the Blazing Zone Plus and Cooking Zone Plus at the Davos barbecue stations. Made of porcelain-enamelled cast iron, it is ideal for preparing small dishes such as pancakes, fried eggs, meat or fish with little fat thanks to the juice drain it is equipped with. Small in size, this tray also has a non-stick coating certified by Outdoorc.: synonymous with quality and durability.
