The Chef 55 series gas barbecue is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, a particular steel that guarantees a long life and excellent resistance.
The hob is 5 mm thick and is slightly inclined to promote fat-free cooking.
In this way, the fat emitted by the cooking dish flows towards the integrated removable tray.
The first version has a completely smooth plate. Perfect for cooking the most delicate dishes, and in particular for vegetables. The second version has the plate divided into two halves, the first part is smooth, while the second half is ribbed. This second option leaves you complete freedom in cooking. You can freely choose which dishes to cook by choosing the part of the plate that suits you best.

Wow, devo dire che sono rimasto veramente colpito da questa piastra a gas in acciaio inox. È davvero resistente e facile da pulire, il che per me è davvero importante. La superficie di cottura è ampia e uniforme, permettendomi di cucinare diversi tipi di cibo contemporaneamente. Veramente un ottimo acquisto, lo consiglio vivamente!
