The Chef 80 Planet Barbecue is made entirely of 304 stainless steel, a particular steel that combines long life with excellent resistance. The hob is 5 mm thick. To promote fat-free cooking, the hob is slightly inclined. In this way, the fat emitted by the cooking dish flows towards the removable basin integrated with the peak. The first version has a completely smooth plate. Perfect for cooking the most delicate dishes, and in particular for vegetables. The second version has the plate divided into 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed. This second option leaves you complete freedom in cooking. You can freely choose which dishes to cook by choosing the part that suits you best.

Ho acquistato questa piastra plancha e devo dire che ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. La qualità dei materiali è evidente fin dal primo utilizzo e la resistenza dell’acciaio inox è davvero notevole.
