DESCRIPTION
Unistara Semi Pro Line Pizza Oven: The ovens of the “Semi Pro Line” are intended for wood-fired cooking enthusiasts. Suitable for semi-professional use, they will delight assiduous lovers of wood-fired cooking and all those who do not want to give up the pleasure of traditional cooking. Like the models of the home line, they consist of 4 or 6 plates in refractory material with high thermal storage; The dome consists of 2 or more interlocking elements that form the cooking chamber. They are available in 4 models, diameter 80 cm, diameter 110, elliptical base 110×140 and with two shelves and are supplied complete with sheet metal door with temperature indicator.
The Semi Pro Line also includes a wide-mouth version. The kit for the insulation, the front arch and the flue connection are sold separately.
The sheet metal doors, the pyrometer and the individual elements that make up the oven top or vault can be purchased separately. On the walls prepared for the assembly of the oven, build a brick curb and place the insulating blocks contained in the insulation kit in the center, dry. Still dry, arrange the elements of the hob by placing them in the centre and assemble the vault. With the mortar supplied in the kit, seal only externally all the joints between the elements that make up the vault and glue the smoke connection and the arch to the oven. Cover the entire vault of the oven with the insulating mat and connect the flue to the flue connection. Make the closing walls of the oven by providing, where necessary, side ventilation grids and fill the empty spaces between the oven and the external walls with the granulated vermiculite provided before making the protective roof.
