The pizza oven is produced entirely in Italy, made of 1st choice AISI 304 stainless steel and aluminized steel, engraved with the latest generation technologies by laser cutting, a tool of great precision. The cut steel sheet is then subjected to bending, with large machines, giving shape to the structure of the oven. Then the assembly/welding takes place, giving solidity to the parts that make up the furnace, then the grinding of the parts that have imperfections given by the welding, finally the painting of the parts is carried out partly with silicone color, resistant to high temperatures, and partly with powder coating. A coating of refractory tiles, 4 cm thick, is placed in the base of the hearth; The particularity of the movable fixing gives the tiles the possibility of withstanding high temperature changes, with consequent variation in size.
