Char-Oven is the innovative combination of barbecue and oven. Powered by charcoal or wood, it has an exclusive design, with large dimensions and is equipped with a practical up and down door to facilitate opening during cooking. The ventilation system installed facilitates the uniform distribution of heat throughout the cooking chamber, as well as in each of the five levels of positioning of the grids. A unique product, with a double function: by removing the refractory plate and the steel plate, located underneath, and positioning the charcoal grill, it can easily be transformed from an indirect cooking oven to a barbecue. Quick and easy to clean, Char-Oven reaches 200 degrees in 30 minutes and saves up to 40% of wood, reducing emissions into the air by up to 70% compared to a traditional open grill.

Char-Oven is an innovative combination of barbecue and oven in a single device. Powered by charcoal or wood, its exclusive closed barbecue design is equipped with different levels of positioning of the cooking grates and a functional up and down door system to allow easy management of cooking. Char-Oven cooking is assisted by forced ventilation that facilitates the even distribution of heat throughout the cooking surface. The oven equipment includes a set of stones in natural refractory to allow the cooking of real Italian pizza, bread and the most refined desserts. Optional accessories include the “rotisserie” kit consisting of spit and motor and the automatic rotation system of the 40 cm long skewers for succulent cooking of kebabs and skewers made with any food.
