In accordance with the provisions of articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Customer (consumer), if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid at the time of advance payment. The Professional Client may not exercise the right of withdrawal.
Costs and timing for returning goods:
Return shipping is at the expense and risk of the customer.
We recommend that you take out transport insurance with the courier chosen for the return of the goods. Please note that the return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a withdrawal, within 14 days of receipt of the product.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third person, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the product.
How to make the RETURN/WITHDRAWAL:
– Write an email to assistenza@xodostore.com indicating as Subject “RETURN REQUEST AND ORDER NUMBER”; Remember to include the following in the text of the email:
o Order reference data: name and surname, telephone number and number of the order placed and the day of receipt of the goods by courier;
o Indicate that you want to make the return and the reason for the return
o Attach photos of the product and its packaging
o Wait for feedback from our logistics department before shipping the product
Limits and reasons for exclusion from WITHDRAWAL/RETURN:
All of our products for sale are brand new products. The products must therefore be returned INTACT, UNUSED AND in the original packaging. If you determine that these products have been used or are unlabelled, we will not be able to process your refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of custom-made goods.
If the customer does not comply with these instructions for the return procedure, the company XODO STORE has the right to refuse the return of the product and the refund of the amount.

If the Customer wishes to make the WITHDRAWAL/RETURN, please note that the return costs are borne by the customer.
RETURN/WITHDRAWAL OF A SPARE PART OR TAPS OR ACCESSORIES :
Once we have received the product and have verified its integrity, we will refund the amount paid by the Customer, on the same payment method used for the initial transaction, reducing the amount of €8.00 VAT which will be retained for the shipping costs made at the time of sale and to process the refund.
RETURN/WITHDRAWAL OF ANY OTHER PRODUCT THAT IS NOT A SPARE PART:
In the event that you wish to make a return or withdrawal of a product that is not a spare part, (for example; stoves, fireplaces, bbqs, swimming pools, garden sheds, fountains, showers, etc. since they are products of a certain value and weight) please note that once you have ascertained that you have received the product, intact and unused, we will refund the amount paid by the Customer, on the same payment method used for the initial transaction, reducing the initial shipping amount incurred at the time of sale. The amount is based on the type of product and the country of delivery. To find out the amount, once you have asked for the possibility of being able to make the withdrawal, and have had the relevant approval, simply ask for the amount that will be deducted from the refund, at the following email address vendita@xodostore.com indicating the order number of the site, name and surname of the buyer and telephone number.
If you withdraw from this contract before dispatch, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after receipt of the product. These refunds will be made using the same method as
payment used for the initial transaction; In any case, you will not have to incur any costs such as
consequence of this reimbursement.
The refund may be suspended untilor upon receipt of the goods and the verification of the integrity of the product.
You must send the goods back or deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any event within 7 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
XODO STORE is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments, it reserves the right to examine the packaging of the returned product and depending on the conditions may subtract from 10% to 20% from the value of the amount paid for the product.
XODO STORE also reserves the right to specify to the customer the percentage reduction from 10% to 20% after viewing the product, even in contradiction with the consumer himself, based on how much it has actually been used.
