With the Blackstone 28-inch propane griddle with air fryer, you can do it all: bake, sear, roast, saute, and fry. Unique in its kind, it makes cooking the simplest of meals much more satisfying. The 524-square-inch cooking surface with two independent cooking zones with 10 kW/h combined provides all the space you need to cook meals for large groups of people. It also features a 2-quart fryer drawer and a warming drawer, so you can cook up some fries while grilling a tasty burger on the surface of the plancha. We’ve included all your favorite features including a hood to protect your griddle, accessory hooks, accessory magnets, and double side shelves.
