Enhanced by a sheet of scamotek positioned under the refractory surface.
Internal insulation in rock wool for less heat loss.
Stainless steel cooking chamber for lower wood consumption and higher temperatures.
Laser thermometer included for total temperature control throughout the oven.
Support feet to facilitate its holding and movement.

Allora ragazzi, devo dire che sono rimasto davvero colpito da questo forno a gas CLEMENTI. La pizza che esce da questo forno è semplicemente incredibile, croccante fuori e morbida dentro. Non ho mai fatto una pizza così buona a casa mia prima d’ora! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti gli amanti della buona pizza!

Ho acquistato il forno a gas Clementi e devo dire che ne sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. La cottura delle pizze è perfetta, croccante fuori e morbida dentro. Facile da usare e da pulire, lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti della pizza fatta in casa!
