DESCRIPTION
– 3 HOBS: 3-tier cooking chamber in 304 stainless steel with double walls that can be completely dismantled and anti-cut. The grids are sliding and anti-tip. The base is made of refractory stone on which you can cook the pizza directly. The hobs are integrated with 2 halogen lamps that illuminate the food perfectly. – VENTILATION PLUS: The oven is equipped with the innovative ventilation plus system, which evens out the heat on the three hobs by ventilating both from the bottom and from the walls. – FINE FINISH: The oven doors are made of cast iron, with handles in chrome finish. In addition, a hood for collecting cooking vapours with natural draught is integrated, so when the door is opened, massive heat loss will be avoided. – THERMAL FLYWHEEL AND INSULATION: The oven has a thermal flywheel consisting of a double plate and 6 cm thick refractory bricks.
