DESCRIPTION

– 3 HOBS: 3-tier cooking chamber in 430 stainless steel with double fixed cut-resistant walls. The grids are sliding and anti-tip. The base, on which the pizza can be cooked directly, is made of refractory stone to the surface. The hobs are integrated with 2 halogen lamps that illuminate the food perfectly. – SMART VENTILATION: The oven is equipped with the smart ventilation system, which makes the temperature inside the cooking compartment homogeneous. – ROUNDED FIRE GRILLE: The fire grate is molded with curves and slits that allow optimal combustion. – LOW CONSUMPTION: The extremely short heating times (40/50 minutes) and the low wood consumption (4/8 kg) make it an ideal and fun product for all cooking enthusiasts, both experts and beginners. – THERMAL FLYWHEEL AND INSULATION: The oven has a thermal flywheel consisting of a double plate and 6 cm thick refractory bricks.
