GENIAL by Dielle is an absolutely unique product on the market. Thanks to the versatility of its compact size, and the practical pneumatic locking system, in a few seconds it can be housed in the trunk of any type of car and thus accompany every moment together with those we love. The cooking chamber is made of stainless steel while the external structure is made of steel treated with high-temperature paints to ensure maximum resistance to heat, bad weather and rust. The possibility of cooking directly on the stone inside the combustion chamber allows it to be used exactly as with a professional oven. A valve positioned on the flue allows you to modulate the amount of smoke and heat leaving and thus control the temperature according to need. An integrated thermometer can be used to determine the value of the internal temperature.

Double burner configuration

With GENIAL by Dielle you can choose, at any time, between wood/pellet or gas cooking by easily replacing the burner.

Wood/pellet loading

Thanks to the practical rear compartment, fuel loading is extremely safe and fast, also avoiding contact with food.

Quick opening and closing

GENIAL by Dielle is equipped with a pneumatic system that allows the opening and closing of the oven in a few seconds. In addition, thanks to the practical stand on wheels, transport is extremely easy.
