Thanks to the conical shape, the fireplace creates a draft effect that allows you to expel the smoke of combustion upwards, leaving you to enjoy the flames in the open air.

Materials

The outdoor fireplace is available in two variants: black steel or Corten. Corten steel naturally acquires a rust-colored coating patina that protects the outdoor fireplace from the elements, allowing it to be enjoyed for many years. Both variants can be left outdoors throughout the year.

How to speed up the creation of patina

If you want to accelerate the formation of the characteristic rust-coloured patina, simply spray the surface lightly with salt water and let it dry. Repeat until the desired effect is achieved.

Fixings

Aduro offers a grill with three different height adjustments. It will therefore also be possible to cook on your Aduro outdoor fireplace. The grate, made of stainless steel, is equipped with wooden handles and, when not in use, can be discreetly stored in the lower part of the fireplace. You can buy the grill in our online shop.

Design

The Aduro outdoor fireplace is the result of the design of the Danish architect Torben Madsen, who describes the creative process behind the creation of this exclusive outdoor furniture element as follows: “A lit fire manages to enrich our feeling of well-being outdoors, brightening up the evenings and pleasantly warming.
