Piero is compact, perfect for generous spaces but also ideal for smaller ones. It is the hybrid oven par excellence: it is possible to make indirect cooking preparations with the use of gas or direct cooking thanks to the combustion of wood using a convenient kit supplied.
It has a 60×50 cooking plate that allows, when used in the gas version, to cook two pizzas at the same time. Piero is equipped with refractory stones, certified for food use, with very high performance: an ideal thickness and clay composition allow you to create a dry environment which, combined with heat, allows you to obtain fragrant and perfectly cooked food. Piero allows you to reach temperatures over 400°C with wood and 350° with the use of gas.
