Description
The Armand 80 indirect cooking outdoor oven is the perfect solution for novice cooks. In fact, the cooking chamber and the combustion chamber are separated, this allows greater temperature control and the possibility of cooking away from the flame. The oven still reaches high temperatures, up to 300 °C in about 40 minutes with only 4 kg of wood, and the double ventilation guarantees an even distribution of heat for excellent cooking results.
