MOMA 55 Series gas steel barbecue with thermocouple. Barbecue grill with plate, plancha or teppanyaki, all smooth of considerable thickness (> 5 mm). It runs on gas (butane-propane).
Made of professional stainless steel (stainless steel-304) which guarantees excellent resistance to oxidation. Safety has been implemented through the use of thermocouples, which in the event of a flame extinguishing, block the escape of the gas. Height-adjustable feet.
Very low gas consumption thanks to its efficient combustion chamber that allows you to work with flame at minimum. Electronic ignition with 1.5V AA battery.
Equipped with two broadband burners that guarantee optimal heat distribution on the plate, it is ready for use in less than 10 minutes. It allows very rapid cooking, by contact of the food with the hot hob, without the use of seasonings, without the fat dripping onto the flame generating smoke and flames on the food, therefore healthier and tastier.
Any oil/grease and dirt drain into the removable basin in front of the plate.
