The VZ F6 professional oval wood-fired oven, with internal dimensions of cm. 120 x 155, with its oval shape, it is suitable for medium and large pizzerias and can hold 10-13 pizzas. At the optimal temperature of 350 °C, cooking times vary from 90 to 120 seconds and with the help of 3 pizza chefs it can carry out an hourly volume of 130 pizzas. VZ F6 is made of refractory crushed with a high alumina content, which combines refractoriness with a strong mechanical seal. The height of the vault from the bottom and its parabolic shape allow a homogeneous heating of the base which, with its thickness, accumulates sufficient heat to overcome the peaks of cooking without sagging. VZ F6 reduces wood consumption by half compared to other ovens of the same size.
