Oven with 80×80 cm cooking chamber useful. Equipped with a practical stainless steel trolley with support surface, wheels and tool hook, it is equipped with a wood plate, brax reviving tool, flue equipped with smoke regulation valve and cap, closing door of the fire spout. The fire hob is made of high quality refractory chamotte and certified for food use. The internal structure is made of stainless steel while the external structure is made of electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paints for maximum resistance to heat, bad weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is made of natural rock wool and allows the temperature to be contained more effectively and to prevent the external structure from heating up too much.

Sono rimasto davvero sorpreso dalla qualità di questo forno a legna per pizza. La sua camera di cottura spaziosa mi permette di cuocere facilmente grandi pizze croccanti e deliziose. Il pratico carrello in acciaio inox è comodo da utilizzare e mi consente di spostare il forno con facilità. Lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti della pizza fatta in casa!
